We are the proud brewers of Michigan’s Most Drinkable Beers. We are the only microbrewery in Michigan that specializes in making lagers for everyone. What does this mean? It means that from light to dark, every beer we brew is designed to be a beer you can love.

Our flagship beer. Remember when everyone used to drink a certain classic American lager made here in Michigan? Yeah, we do too. And now you can do that again, thanks to us. Made with all American ingredients, including water straight from the Huron River in Washtenaw County, Michigan, this brew is designed to quench your thirst for a flavorful, easy-drinking smooth lager beer. The brilliant, golden color enhances the experience of the true malt flavor and crisp finish of your new everyday beer.

Wolverine is always on tap here. You can also find it at a growing number of stores, bars, and restaurants around Michigan.

Are You Afraid of the Dark? Don’t be. This is Michigan’s Smoothest Dark Beer, a dark beer even people who don’t think they like dark beer will love. Wolverine Dark will win you over with a smooth maltiness balanced by a crisp feel on your tongue without any of the chunky chewy taste that some dark beers have.

Wolverine Dark is another beer you can always find on tap. Look for it on store shelves and in bars later in 2011.

It’s baaaaaaack….and you are happy beer drinkers!  Well-balanced, HOPPY LAGER with a punch right to the tongue from Centennial and Cascade hops.  Get on the Gulo Train with us…

TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA PORTER

Using a full line-up of traditional English barleys, Maris Otter, British 2-row and chocolate malts in this brew give it autenticity but because we can’t NOT put our Wolverine claw mark on it we loaded up on some American crystal malts to add depth then radically combined our gnarly concoction with over 20 pounds of hops–including U.K. fuggles, Centennial, Cascade and Willamette.  The aroma of this brew is where the choreographed fight begins by combining chocolate, roast, and citrusy hops.  While we COULD have called this a “Cascadian Dark Ale” or “American-Style Black IPA” but because we a traditional English Ale yeast to ferment it we like to think of it as a sublimely mutated ninja porter!  So we gave it the most bodacious name we could think of!  Cowabunga Dudes!
