Our Process
Our profession is based on conception: on defining an opportunity, then developing a solution to fulfill it. To define the opportunities that are available to your business is the goal of the first step in our design process: research.
To begin our research, we listen to you. We learn about your company and your challenges, your products, services and goals. We learn about your selling points and features, your competitors, and your strategies and tactics for besting them.
Next we evaluate the approaches available, to determine the blend of possibilities which will perform for you. What mix of media will focus your message? Can refining your identity improve your recognition? How should you employ the new social media? Will online or print advertising play a role for you? These and many other questions are explored, to find the solutions to increase your opportunities.
The research stage develops a comprehensive plan of the problems to be solved, the methods used to communicate solutions, and the measures to evaluate their success.
Then, inspiration and perspiration are mixed and applied to make the solutions reality.
Writing, sketching, diagramming, and a million other methods are employed, and constantly evaluated, and re-evaluated, until the proper solutions are manifested as web sites, newspaper ads, printed materials, packaging, or whatever the case may be.
