Amanda Ross
What Amanda’s learned from her broad range of experiences is very simple: Every client has his or her own story. Listening to that story and facilitating the translation of its emotion and market message into a compelling visual experience is her promise to every client.
Amanda started her business career in Silicon Valley, working in a diverse set of industries: Internet and biotech start-ups, non-profit medical, independent documentary film and venture capital. Relocating to Ann Arbor with her husband Andy and their daughter in 2001, she has worked in product management in both K12 and Higher Education online publishing.
A native of Austin, Texas, Amanda attended the University of Texas (B.A. Slavic Language and Literature) and Stanford University (M.A. Russian History). She’s made over 10 trips to Russia since 1986, either as a language student or researcher. She also performed outreach to the English-speaking business community for a Russian PR agency, as well as wrote feature business articles for the American Chamber of Commerce in Moscow.
Amanda brings over 15 years of marketing communications and product management experience to her position as Director of Client Services.

A Michigan native, Andy’s high school experience at Cranbrook was pivotal in shaping his career as an artist and designer. His exposure to the art and architecture in that unique setting gave him a great appreciation of design experimentation and innovation. He continued his artistic path earning a B.F.A. from the Center for Creative Studies, and M.F.A. from the University of Michigan. He is a widely exhibited artist / photographer and published writer on art and design.
In the Web world, Andy has worked with PHP/MySQL, HTML/CSS, ZenCart, WordPress, and he’s a real wizard with Flash and ActionScript 3.0. He’s also following the development of HTML5 to keep on top of that emerging technology.
